If you are not completely satisfied with your New Age Performance Mouthpiece, just contact us within 30 days from your Date of purchase and we will gladly refund your money!
Returns
How To Return an Item:
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase date, and must have already requested your return authorization number. Please see below:
- Please email info@newageperformance.com to request a refund and/or exchange and we will provide you a RA number, instructions and if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label. Please note: "if applicable" is defined typically as: If the customer wishes to return their product, the cost to return will be covered by New Age Performance if the wrong product was shipped or there are any functional or warranty issues deemed New Age Performance's responsibility. Return shipping costs will not be covered if the customer changed their mind, or no longer wants their order. In these cases, the customer will cover all costs to returning the product. In all returns, only the cost of the product (and original shipping amounts where applicable) will be refunded in all cases. Duty and brokerage costs will NOT be refunded; those must be applied for by the customer with their local government.

Mississauga, On L4W 1Y5 - Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement product and include the original receipt.
- Any applicable refunds will be applied once the returned item has been received and processed by New Age Performance.
Return Exceptions:
Mouthpieces cannot be returned as a result of incorrect fitting.
Merchandise that has been mistreated will not be accepted for return or exchange.
